CARS
REQUIRING IDENTIFICATION

This advert for Meinls dates from 1988 and features a MK.I Jensen FF, which is in either dark green, dark blue. The car has vented back quarter panels, a wooden steering wheel and has been modified with MK.III Jensen alloy wheels. We would be very grateful to hear from anyone who knows the chassis number of this car.

Do you recognise this car ? Probably photographed in Sweden (?), we would like to know the chassis number / registration of this particular MK.I FF. The image appeared in a French publication from the 1990s.

This earlier MK.I FF (pre-119/069) was photographed at the back of
Cropredy Bridge Garage at the beginning of the 1980s. The car was
re-sprayed in tangerine, and had the MK.II / III rear lights fitted. The
car had black wing mirrors and a headrest to the passenger side. If
anyone recognises this car then please contact us.

MK.I FF registration number 'VCX 350H'. This FF was photographed
during the 1980s, when it was owned by Jensen enthusiast Keith Johnson.
He sold the car at that time and no longer remembers the chassis number
of the car. The car was painted blue and had MK.II style headlamp
surrounds fitted along with the once popular Wolfrace wheels.
An email from Mr Paul Chadick (the purchaser of the FF from Keith Johnson) confirmed that this car is 119/169.

This photograph of a MK.II FF was taken at the Jensen factory during
the middle 1980s. The car had the registration number 'UXC 981J' and an
ariel / telephone devise was fitted to the rear panel. If anyone
recognises this car then please contact us.
At long last we can file this photograph into the appropriate chassis
file. The owner of this car contacted us recently to tell us it was car
127/295. This particular registration number only remained on the car
for a short while.
A
summary of surviving FFs is still under construction.
