A matched pair of fibreglass wing-guards for FF and Interceptor models

Price: £175 a pair

These fibreglass Wing-Guards are based on those used at the Jensen factory. Moulded to the shape of the wing, they are finished with material to the underside and with a padded vinyl to the top side. The passenger side guard is pre-made with the electric ariel hole. Dropping directly into the bonnet gutter, the Wing-Guards allow for all servicing work to take place without the danger of scratching the wings and also allowing tools to be placed close to hand. These beautifully made Wing-Guards are also excellent for concours cars on display. With the bonnet up and Wing-Guards in position, the usual worries of interested parties leaning on the wing or scratching the wing are over.

An original Jensen Parts & service manufactured aluminium FF bonnet, complete with full frame ready to paint

Price: £1950

Jensen Parts & Service experimented with a few types of FF bonnet re-manufacture during the 1980s. This was undoubtedly the most successful, but the cost stopped most buyers from purchasing one. Made as a complete skin in aluminium, the bonnet was also made with a full drop lip and complete frame similar to the steel bonnets. This example was purchased from Jensen cars (just after they changed their name from Jensen Parts & Service) and still remains in its original packaging with Jensen Cars packaging tape. The entire bonnet remains in mint as new condition and is ready for fitting and painting.

A cased set of original Champion J11Y spark plugs for FF & SP

Price: £225

An especially commissioned cased set of original Champion spark plugs. The case was hand made by Thomas Cousins, Master Casemaker to Spinks Medallists in 1982, and has been beautifully made with eight complicated cut outs to take a set of spark plugs. A silvered 'J' logo on blue is fitted to the top. Completed in black grained leatherette and with black (cotton) velvetine to the inside. This set was used throughout the 1980s and 1990s when 127/248 (ULR 1C) was travelling around on the concours circuit. Since 127/248 stopped taking part in concours from 2000, this set has been redundant. Would make an excellent treat for an FF or SP owner who is competing in concours.

A rare 'Jensen flap' Radiomobile radio / '8' track player

Price: SOLD

Jensen Motors had Radiomobile manufacture some units with a branded '8' track flap bearing the name 'Jensen'. Initially these were finished in chrome with the Jensen name in black, and fitted to MK.I FF and Interceptors and some earlier MK.II cars. Later in the MK.II range (and also for the MK.III), the flap colour was changed to dark brown / black and the Jensen name was in silver. This particular '108' series unit is of that later specification. It has survived in excellent external condition, and still bears the full Radiomobile '108' specification panel to the top along with the serial numbering. The unit is working fine but as with all old radio should be checked by a specialist before fitting.

radiomobile9801.jpg - 19996 Bytes

The classic model 980 Radiomobile as fitted to earlier Mk.I FFs and Interceptors

Price: £125

Of all the Radiomobile models this is one of the hardest to find, since it was the most expensive and only fitted to cars such as Rolls Royce, Bentley and Jensen. Typically fitted to all earlier Mk.I FFs and Interceptors. Check the chassis file details for your car from Richard Calver's chassis data book, if the Voxson is not shown, then your car would have had this radio. Fully working, but as with all radio equipment, we would advise the unit having a check over before fitting. Possibly you would like the unit upgraded for FM also.

A rare pair of chromed rocker covers originally from 119/169

Price: £65

A good original pair of rocker covers originally from FF 119/169. Ideally they could do with re-chroming, however, they are not bad, and if yours is just a good working engine bay (perhaps missing the chrome rocker covers) these would suit perfectly.
